New York, NY -- September 10, 2002 -- SHE SAYS: Women In News (PBS) won a national Emmy Award in the category OUTSTANDING INFORMATIONAL PROGRAMMING - LONG FORM.  The film, a history of women in power positions in the news media as told by 10 of the "best and brightest", was a co-production of Joan Konner Productions and Out Of The Blue Films, Inc.
