The Videographer Awards honors JFS FilmsNew York, NY -- April 26, 2005 -- JFS Films, LLC is pleased to announce it has won an Honorable Mention in The Videographer Awards 2005 competition. Arrows Hockey 2004 – 2005: The Future Is Now claimed the honor in the Video Productions/Sports category. The Freeport Arrows Youth Hockey organization’s annual highlight reel for was produced, videotaped and edited by John Schwally. The Videographer Awards is an international awards organization that helps set the standards for the video production industry. There were 2,293 entries from throughout the United States and several foreign countries in the 2005 competition. JFS Films’ Arrows Hockey 2004 – 2005: The Future Is Now was judged to be among the best that was submitted. JFS Films, LLC, is an independent television and video production company established by veteran Producer John Schwally to create quality video and television programming for corporate and international distribution. Currently in production is the documentary Across the Sahara that chronicles the little known story of Pan American Airways -Africa, Ltd. and its contributions to the Allied war effort in World War II, and the annual highlight reel for the Wantagh-Seaford Baymen High School hockey program. # # #
